Scotland Willis is a management consultant with over 14 years of experience in systems thinking, leadership training and large scale change. His business experience includes executive coaching, Board development, working with CDC's, universities, and program development.
Heavily involved in urban planning issues since 1998 including master plans in Boston, neighborhood councils, and neighborhood associations.
Mr. Willis is a graduate of Northeastern University and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society with a degree in sociology and anthropology; he received a dual masters scholarship to Tufts University for their Urban Environmental Policy & Planning and Civil Engineering program.
Mr. Willis serves on the Board of the Harvest Co-op; United South End Settlements and is VP at Help A Poor Child. He has been a columnist, served as guest speaker and advocate, including: the Green For All conference in 2007; Emerson College on Global Multicultural Consumer Behavior; Northeastern University Law School Civil Rights and Restorative Justice; and New England Sustainable Energy Alliance; he served as an advisor for TERC's for environmental literacy design. Mr. Willis also sits on the advisory committee for the Environmental Health Academy in Boston and is the communications director for Boston Greenfest. He is a senior partner at The Lyceum Group.
Scotland live in Boston and is currently pursuing his dream of writing a book on peer-to-peer networks and the phenomena of social technology.
